*The nurse walks away--in Kanashii's operating room-- Kanashii regains conciousness (spelling?) still feeling the immense pain as they worked to heal her. she cryed out faintly and they finished wheeling her out into a room, laying her on the bed. She shakes and tears spring to her eyes thinking* "i'm never going to be able to return to the anbu. they know my name, and i failed in my mission"

Katashi returned with Yakitori. He found meiun and handed her the change. "Thanks." he said

She took the change after coming back with ehr red bean soup. "No problem." She popped open the cover and drank the soup.

Katashi was still trying to hide his burns from her as he ate his food.

"Hey" She glanced up at him. "Trying to hide something? Seen it a while ago... you better let the doctors check it out." She continued to drink the soup after speaking.

She rolled her eyes. "Right..." She got up and threw the can into the garbage. "I'm going to see the girl now..." She turned and went to the desk to ask to see her.

"Hey I can meet the girl that was just brought in here, right?"
The nurse fixed her glasses, "I believe she just came out of surgery, she needs rest."
"Hey! I brought her here, let me see her. I have to make sure she's alright." She agrued with her hands on her hips.
The nurse sighed, "Room twenty-one. Be quick about it."

Meiun scowled and walked off to the girl's room.

*Kanashii remains on the bed looking out the window laying on her side the tears have gone away*

Meiun steps in and stays at the doorway. She notices the girl is awake so she knocks on the door. "You okay?"

Katashi just sat in the main room of the hospital. He sighed when he finished his food.

*shes looks over and nods very slightly before turning back to the window* my wounds are fine. thank you for brining me here

She bowed her head. "You're welcome. I was very worried about you." She walked into the room and stood by the door.

why did you worry about me? you know nothing about me. i know nothing about you. why did you feel obligated to save me, and then worry about me? *doesn't turn around*

Katashi sighed and decided to see if she was alright also. he stood up and walked down the hall, listening for his sisters voice.

And yet you were prepared to harm another person to protect another from getting harmed? doesn't that cause more people to get harmed in the end? If it had just been me then i'd have died. but instead both you and the guy got hurt because of some sense that you had to help me, right?

"i don't like people who kill and destroy for no reason." he said leaning on the door. "Him and his leader kirin. They think I'd join them, but i don't like their type."

She eyed Katashi. 'Join him and you feel my wrath, brother.' Was the message she sent him through her face.

*remains silent for awhile looking out the window, then she turns and faces the two of them* i'm thankful for your help, but i've something to ask of you. can you ask the Hokage to tell Anbu squad nine i'm sorry?

She sent him an image of Princess Kaguya and smirked. She looked back at Kanashii. "Yeah. I'll do that right after our conversation." She smiled. "Are you hungry...?"
