Raikouhaku no jutsu(lightning pulse): the user thrusts both hands into the air calling down lightning into them holding them with chakra and thrusts them into the ground making its shoot up in random spots from the ground doing massive damage.

(Electric body): he surrounds his body wif lightning and absorbs it into his body increasing his adrenaline making him move faster and take more damage without being affected however after time it will do internal damage.

irekutorikku supairaru :cross of chidori and rasengan Katashi summons lighting into the palm of his hand a swirls it aroudn with his chakra isn't as peircing as chidori or do as much internal damage as rasengan but still powerful and difficult jutsu. it uses pure chakra and pure elements harming anything around even the smallest of molecules

Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu: Creates a number of clones, made from water. Each Clone is capable of attacking on its own, yet each is 1/10th the power of the original. A direct hit will cause the clone to revert to water - and it cannot leave a certain radius of the user.

wateru supairaru(water spiral):calling water to his hands and making it swirl in multiple directions makes it look like the rasengan though this jutsu cuts more then burns the opponent

Mix
Omega supairaru: Katashi mixes the water and lightning supairaru to create an ultimate version, he can only use it once and it cut at his skin on his arm.

Water,lightning dragon slash: Katashi pours chakra into his Katanas making lightning and water mix with the slashes. It's not a big damaging move but it hard to dodge and can make an enemy lose control over their body for a couple of seconds.

Their entire village was destroyed and that caused the twins, who were out hunting to go in tears to their neighboring country. Entering Kumogakure an elderly woman cared and took them into her household. They remained there for two years until the woman died of old age. Instead of looking for another place, they lived in abandoned houses, travelling around to hear of some sign. They stole equipment they needed from passing bandits. A sign to make them know of the one(s) who destroyed their home. The twins trained each other constantly in order to become as strong as they can be. Katashi was a late teen, entered konoki with Meiun and had unfamiliar contact with girls his age. He was quiet and mysterious which ended with him having his own fanclub. He didn't like it cause they bother him a lot. The twins did small missions for konoki and saved up some money to rent an apartment.

Halfway point of Tsuppari Tsuki. The wings form but they crack into shards that fall onto the targeted area which the opponent is located at. Best used if the user jumps into the air.
Side effects: Chakra drain.

Tsuppari-Tsuki [Status: Mastered]
(Thrusting Moon)

The user uses a series of handsigns and the eyes turn yellow from their natural color. The user's chakra is focused on their arms and the chakra forms into butterfly wings. These wings are used as blades and can penetrate any solid material. These wings are sharp. This move is a second level of the Blood limit.

Tsuki-Nai [Status: Mastered]
(Dead Moon)

Third level of the Tsuki-Joukei. This move causes the user's eyes to glow bright gold and white characters appear around their eyes. The opponent will be stuck in an illusion of them in space and their body turns to space rock slowly from the feet up. In reality they are paralyzed. Once the jutsu ends, the opponent falls to the ground, but still conscious.
Side effects: Major chakra drain, mingraines.

-Personality: Serious and seemingly emotionless like other anbu. She Hates all shinobi because of their nature to fight and kill. She hates herself for doing so but sees it as necessary.

Dislikes: laziness, people that talk to much, all shinobi herself included.

Bio/Background: She doesn’t show any emotion and doesn’t get attached to people. She excels in weapons and Ninjutsu but has never been able to perform genjutsu and she is extremely weak against them. She has a very fragile body and takes damage easily but she has high amounts of Chakra. She doesn’t have much background. She was taken to be trained as an anbu shortly after birth and she acts just like an anbu.
ANBU squad 9: her and three other guys they balance eachother out not knowing eachothers true idendities and calling eachother by numbers. She is number one. Zero the leader has a four in taijutsu a four in wepons -traps- and a one in genjutsu. Two has a five in genjutsu a three in wepons and a two in ninjutsu. number four has a five in taijutsu, three in genjutsu and a two in ninjutsu. Kanashii is paired with two and zero and four pair together. The squad specialises in attacks and battle purposes.

Kanashibari no Jutsu-1
Causes an opponent to loose their sense of movement. Stops the opponent, leaving an opening for more powerful jutsu to be performed. It is assumed most Anbu know this technique.

Mikazuki no Mai - none
A sword technique, that creates two replicas - that together attack in a dance of swords - that is very difficult to block or follow.

Suiton Daibakufu no Jutsu-20
Sends a large spinning pillar of water towards the opponent. Can only be performed when near a moderately large water source, and uses a large amount of chakra.

Suiton Suijinheki -5
Creates a blast of water from the mouth, usually used to block fire type attacks.

Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu-10
Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards the opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large body of water.

Kaze no Yaiba-5
Creates a blade of wind, that is almost impossible to block.

Suiton, Suishouha-50
A jutsu which creates water out of no where. The attack requires a high amount of chakra to be performed.

Bio/Background:His parents were well renouned Jounin and his father was once an anbu black ops captian, the terrible event of both their deaths were considered very strange to locals. Many though it was a murder or mysterious happening. Other's say that it was their son Raikou , age thirteen at the time who had never shown any hope of becoming a ninja(due to flunking the acadamy for failing tests) When they were killed, Raikou fled and his elder brother ranked as a top ninja was said to be killed by snakes. He is known for being a fun loving kid untill the night his parents were murdered by Raikou, but he believes it was actually Tenshi who killed them. The night before that, he told his father that he was bitten by a black snake that talked to him in his dreams. His father told him that it was nonsense to let his dreams affect his life. His only friend is a snake he carries in his sleeve named Ritsuzen, which is a snake that can speak and uses blood as a subsitute for chakra. It can cure any poison with its own venom but knocks the victim out for 6 hours. His mouth can mithstand anytype of pressure or pain making it his most powerful feature.
