The rules are :

No Auto hitting

You also can't Auto dodge, for example if you are fighting some and someone else comes and attacks you from behind, unless you have a logical explanation on how you managed to evade that second persons attack you get hit

If you are traveling a long distance, for example from earth to snow, it will take you a day or two to reach unless there is a group timeskip

Don't timeskip just for yourself, you have to do it so that everyone is happy

Remember chakra usage you don't have unlimited power, if you constantly use big moves you will be drained

the more powerful; the jutsu, the less times you can use it and the more dangerous it is to the user.
